REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
Digital Products & Live Events
Due to the immediate access and nature of our digital educational resources, masterclasses, and live event tickets, all sales are strictly final and non-refundable. Once a digital product has been purchased, or a ticket to a live event (such as our runway platforms or masterclasses) has been secured, we cannot issue refunds, cancellations, or exchanges. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this strict no-refund policy.
Physical Products
For physical merchandise (such as planners), we only accept returns or exchanges if the item arrives defective or damaged. You must contact our support team at atouchofcoloreducate@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the damaged item, including photo evidence of the defect. If approved, we will issue a replacement or store credit. We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Any fraudulent chargebacks filed through your bank or credit card company will be heavily disputed using your IP address, timestamp, and this agreed-upon policy.
