SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

​Digital Products, Masterclasses & Event Tickets

All digital blueprints, masterclass access links, and live event tickets are delivered instantly. Upon completing your purchase, you will receive an email with your access information or digital download. Please check your spam or promotional folders if you do not see it within 5 minutes. No physical items will be shipped for digital purchases.

​Physical Products (Elevate Her Fearless Planners)

​Processing & Shipping Time: Please allow up to 2 weeks for physical planners to be processed, shipped, and delivered. Orders are not processed or delivered on weekends or holidays.

​Shipping Territory: We currently ship exclusively within the United States.

​Tracking Your Order: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

​Lost or Stolen Packages

A Touch of Color is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
